After doing research on the Internet for garage door replacement, we found Pecision Door had great reviews. Clayton met with us on a Saturday, listened to our requests and wrote up our order. We were told the door would be installed within three weeks, and they were right on schedule. It took four hours to install our new door and the technicians/installers were so professional and pleasant. We would recommend Precision Door for any of your garage needs, whether it be minor repairs or a complete replacement door. If it were possible to give them a higher rating than a 5, this is one company that would definitely get a 10.

The tune-up and silencing package was performed as advertised and the results are great. From making the appointment to the final handshake was a pleasant experience. "You get what you pay for". So true. A couple years ago, I purchased online a cheapo garage door opener made by a formerly dependable manufacturer. Last night, at the worst possible time, it went kaput. No notice, no nothing. Of course it was after hours, so I was facing having to either take a day off work, or leave my home unsecured until I could get it fixed. I googled 'garage door Cocoa' and found Precision. They were able to come out THE SAME NIGHT (and not for some exorbitant 'emergency fee' either) to troubleshoot my opener and get me squared away. Kevin arrived ON TIME, was neatly dressed and extremely knowledgeable about openers. He quickly inspected not just the opener, but the door, as well, and found that my 'great buy' had a plastic gear in it which had shredded itself. Of course, that part is no longer available, as the now Chinese manufacturer had discontinued the model. Luckily, he was able to give me a quote on a top quality replacement that he could install that same night! Surprisingly, there wasn't a huge difference in cost (at least not what I expected) for the LiftMaster. Once I approved the estimate, Kevin got to work removing my old piece of junk and installing the new LiftMaster. He was finished installing and programming within just a couple hours. He gave me a full overview of how the keypad was programmed and set up the remotes. A very pleasant young man. I would gladly do business again with Precision. They saved the day.

Pro's: Clayton was very polite. Called first and arrived early. Appeared to do a professional job in a timely manner. Available immediately (on Saturday) which was helpful. Lifetime warranty on the door, which is nice. Cons: Cost was more than we expected. It was not mentioned up-front when a quote was initially given that the garage door opener is a separate charge if he worked on it. It had to be "tweaked" which cost us an additional $43 on top of the original quote. So that was disappointing.

My repair today involved replacing the center mount for my door as well as the spring anchor plus re-setting the springs. I was fortunate to have 2 technicians, Clayton and George. I give each of them 5 stars as well for the following reasons: Both men were patient, professional, polite, and friendly with extraordinary customer service skills. They both are excellent liaisons between "the company" and the customer and I feel they should be commended for their job excellence.

A torsion spring on my door had broken. The professional looking, informative website and the lifetime warranty were the reasons your company was contacted. Technician was prompt and called before arriving. The issue was a non-working exterior keypad. The technician finally diagnosed the problem as a dead battery, replaced it with a new one and did not charge for the service call. We are very pleased with the installation of a new door opener just under a year ago and will use your company for all our garage door/opener needs ---- as well as recommend you to all our friends.

Service Rep ,Clayton, arrived the same day, on time as scheduled. Good start ! He was very friendly and professional in all areas. Parts needed to be ordered. I was given an estimate on both time to get them and the cost of the repair. Both seemed fair. I have a double garage with two doors and Clayton suggested I move my boat trailer in position inside of the broken door area so we could use the working door area for the car. Seemed like a good idea to me and HE EVEN HELPED ME MOVE THE TRAILER from one side to the other. Being in the automotive business for 45 years I have a real appreciation for excellent service Precision has always provided it to me.
