Imagine my horror when my garage door wouldn't open on Labor Day 2012. I tried fixing it to no avail, so I called Precision Door Service having used them years ago and remembering their excellent service. They promised me a technician within 4 hours. Imagine my surprise when Keith called me in less than an hour and was at my house in record time, coming all the way from Palm Bay. What a great guy ... friendly, honest, to the point, but most of all knowledgeable as to the problem ... broken spring, worn down drums. Keith had the door back operational and was soon on his way, and I was most appreciative that there was no extra charge for a holiday house call! Great service, excellent technician!
