We had Rob S out to perform maintenance on our 15 year old garage door opener/system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the system, confirming things I was familiar with from previous experience. I thought we would have to replace the opener & rollers soon based on age and wear that I knew about, and that matched what he found. He gave us an estimate on a new system since my Stanley was no longer in production. It was just a matter of time. He was very thorough, personable and answered all my questions. When the opener failed on 11-27, at 6:30 PM, I called Precision since I had such a positive experience. Jake arrived promptly on 11-28, confirmed everything Rob had said and gave the same quote. He was on time, polite, knowledgable, efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He filled out the paperwork legibly and explained what work he did. I didn't know the door could be that quiet! Imagine my horror when my garage door wouldn't open on Labor Day 2012. I tried fixing it to no avail, so I called Precision Door Service having used them years ago and remembering their excellent service. They promised me a technician within 4 hours. Imagine my surprise when Keith called me in less than an hour and was at my house in record time, coming all the way from Palm Bay. What a great guy ... friendly, honest, to the point, but most of all knowledgeable as to the problem ... broken spring, worn down drums. Keith had the door back operational and was soon on his way, and I was most appreciative that there was no extra charge for a holiday house call! Great service, excellent technician!
