We had Rob S out to perform maintenance on our 15 year old garage door opener/system. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything about the system, confirming things I was familiar with from previous experience. I thought we would have to replace the opener & rollers soon based on age and wear that I knew about, and that matched what he found. He gave us an estimate on a new system since my Stanley was no longer in production. It was just a matter of time. He was very thorough, personable and answered all my questions. When the opener failed on 11-27, at 6:30 PM, I called Precision since I had such a positive experience. Jake arrived promptly on 11-28, confirmed everything Rob had said and gave the same quote.
