Hello. I have used Precision Garage door to replace a garage door and motor at a house I sold. Then I hired them to put a new motor and track on my condo's garage door. Then today, I had them install a keyed lock which I can use to open my garage door when the electricity goes down. I am not kidding, each time they come out I find their technicians to be knowledgeable and precise in their work. They answer my questions without making me feel less than smart. We bought a new hurricane rated double garage door four years ago when we moved into our 20 year old home. Love the company and the door. Sunday we had a broken spring and called thinking we would leave a message. Not having needed service before we didn’t realize the 24/7 service. They apologized for not having an opening that day and we got first appointment for Monday. They also asked if Derek got an early start could he come earlier, which he did. Derek was friendly, knowledgeable, got job diagnosis immediately and job completed on the spot along with 100 point maintenance check and cleanup. Derek was super and we have recommended Precision to several friends, for doors and maintenance. Thanks, Derek!!!

We've used them before for repairs so we knew they are professional and reliable. Shawn (sp?) showed up exactly on time and replaced both garage door openers, explained how to use them and what the warranty is. He removed our old material and left the garage in a neat and clean condition. While the price was higher than I expected (I did not ask for an estimate prior to making the appointment), I feel it was worth it based upon my previous experience with them as well as the quality of today's work.

Second time I have used them. They are the most dependable door repair company around. Make an appointment and they will be there. I have tried others but not happy with their response. Our garage door opener quit working. We are in the middle of a closing on our home so we had to fix it. We called Precision and the technician (Jeff) was able to come out earlier than scheduled on the same day!!!! We were so grateful to be able to get someone here especially on a weekend. Jeff Dineen was the absolute best!! He checked every possibility to avoid us having to buy a new opener days before our move, but unfortunately the motor was no good. Precision Door installed the door and are always prompt with repairs when needed. The door spring broke while I was on vacation, got back late Friday and called Saturday morning. BJ Denton, owner or Precision Garage Doors, came out around 12 AM and fixed the problem. Prompt and efficient! Great job.
