I CONTACTED PRECISION DOOR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HAD INSTALLED MY GARAGE DOOR OPENER BACK IN 1990 SOON AFTER MY HOME WAS BUILT. MY RECENT REPAIR REQUIRED THE REPLACEMENT OF SPRINGS AND DRUMS. THE TECHNICIAN, "TODD" WAS OBVIOUSLY AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL. HE COMMUNICATED THE CAUSE AND REMEDY OF THE PART(S) FAILURE IN A VERY ARTICULATE MANNER. TODD COMPLETED THE WORK EXPEDITIOUSLY AND FIELDED MY QUESTIONS TO MY COMPLETE SATISFACTION. IT IS ALWAYS REFRESHING IN THESE TIMES TO MEET PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECHS WHO TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. I contacted Precision to come and replace my garage door and opener. It had never worked properly since being installed by another company three years previous.They arrived early the next morning and were extremely polite and professional.I told the tech to go ahead and replace everything, he told me to let him look at what I had first.After a brief inspection he told me it was improperly installed and he could fix it for a fraction of what a new door and opener would cost.Soon I had a perfectly operating garage door at a fraction of what they could have charged me! THESE ARE GOOD AND HONORABLE PEOPLE!You can rest assured they will do the right thing.
