I was extremely pleased with both the service, and with the competence and friendly personality that David displayed. He also lubricated the spring and rollers at no extra charge

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Only a hour and a half from the time the garage door spring broke until it was fixed. It was a Sunday afternoon at 5:30 the spring broke and my car was stuck in the garage. My wife mentioned to call Precision and at least leave a message. I checked the website and seen that they take calls at anytime along with service. Well by 7:00 that evening the new springs were on the door and it was working great. David Brooks, the service technician, was very professional, courteous, and answered any questions I had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing a new garage door or service.
