Very happy with the service provided by Michael. Very personable, knowledgeable and performed the work in good time. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing any garage door service!

Clay quickly established what was wrong with my garage door and offered me two levels of estimates 1. fix it to work with a lesser warranty 2. fix it and service the entire door for the springs and tracks to support the weight of the reinforced door and warranty the parts for life for a higher price. Less than two hours later, I had a perfectly working and safe garage door with lifetime warranty parts. I am completely happy!

On a rainy night after work, I pushed the button to close the garage door - it came off the track and mangled!! In a panic I called Precision Door and Corey was in my driveway in 30 minutes!! He temporarily fixed the door to safely keep in closed and scheduled a full repair within 2 days.
