Excellent service. The torsion springs on my garage broke Saturday evening and I contacted Precision late morning on Sunday and they were out by mid afternoon to fix it. Rob S. was the tech and was very professional. He pointed out that I needed the cables replaced also and I went ahead and had several other items replaced. The garage door works great now and Rob was great at explaining everything. Super job!

Brent, the technician, installed a new battery and a new 'sweep' for the door. He called prior to arriving, was on time and was extremely professional. I could tell he knew his business as he spoke of my garage door and the opener and the cables. He was friendly, funny and so very nice. Brent is a good representative for Precision Garage door company. First time I used this company and I am impressed!

Brent Williams was my Technician two straight evenings. First evening was the repair/replace the belt drive on the garage door opener and the second evening was to replace the lower garage door seal. Brent was very professional and completed the tasks requested. Service I received was expected from a top notch company. I will not hesitate to use them again.
