Your technician called ahead and actually came earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was very professional, friendly and polite in explaining repair options to us. He did the work efficiently and skillfully. We bought the original door opener from you in 2010 and will continue to use your company for any needs related to our garage door. Thank you for helping us today.

Precision employees have been a godsend for us three times now. Today we had Casey and, once again, although costly for the several things we needed to repair our garage door -- it was worth every penny! We have been using them for over 12 years now. We started in 2007, second appointment in 2010 with the same garage door still in place since l998 but they have helped us maintain it and now we are probably good for another 5 to 10 years!

I chose precision because the advertisement says “ free service calls with any repair “ When I called the lady who made the schedule said it was a $39 fee just to come out and asses the garage door. The technician came and assessed what was wrong, the cable was loose and the garage needed to be straightened. The cost was almost $500 . I think it was overpriced and a big rip off . He made excuses that other companies will do this and do that just to make xcuses for his over price job . I paid him the $ 39 and told him I will call other companies and compare . So I did and I another company showed up In one hour and they fixed my garage door and other additional things for less than half of what precision charged me . I kept their card for the future and I will certainly refer people to them . Precision is a big rip off and I will never use them again and I will tell my friends and families not to use precision.

I received Precision Garage Door's flyer in the mail...I especially liked that the franchise was family owned for many years as I prefer to work with small business owners. I was impressed with the knowledgeable tech, Jay B. Initially I was looking for service but after an informed conversation, decided to replace the door...I also was impressed with the customer service over the phone.

Had a total garage door overhaul and new motor installed. ShaRaad was knowledgeable and did a great job with the service and install. The motor unit was a bit pricey and more than I wanted to spend, but it works very well and the entire job was well-performed. Customer service is very good, and I was placed on the schedule quickly after making my initial contact.

I chose Precision to fix my broken garage door spring because of all the great reviews I read on line. I called at 7 AM. when I discovered I could not open my garage door and scheduled a same day appointment for 11 AM. Rob arrived right on time, assessed the problem, gave me a couple of options, including prices, and made the repairs. He was very professional and courteous, explained the repair process, as well as the included warranty. He then checked my opener to make sure it was operating correctly. Rob did a great job. I am very pleased with the process and the end result.

I had a friend replace the part needed for my garage door it cost me $70.00. Your company is evidently only out to rob people your lowest estimate to repair my problem was over $700.00. I will make sure all my family and friends know not to recommend your company for any repairs or replacement.

I have used Precision 3x, (two repairs and one annual maintenance). I have had 3 different technicians and they are by far very polite, well groomed, pleasant, and always on time. In these days of scams, shoddy work and unreliability, it is nice to have a company who instills old fashioned work ethics.
