We were more than satisfied. Our technician was on time, super professional and gave us different options once he diagnosed the problem. The performance improvement is remarkable and I like the security of the warranty. I've already recommended y'all to several neighbors. Having issues with the door not opening, opening 1/2 way, not closing, closing 1/2 way. Having to double punch the door switch to make it work etc. the lights on the motor would come on when they wanted. The car openers would not work unless you were right next to the door! Thought the door was possessed! Keith Couch came out and the first thing he did was tell me the wrong lights were installed and I should change the lightbulbs because the LED/Florescent type interferred with the signals and could be the issue. Changed bulbs and issue went away...Thanks Keith.......

The service technican showed up quickly, although I explained it wasn't an emergency. He did a full inspection and explained what repairs were needed. He fixed it quickly with high quality upgraded parts. 5 year warranty on the parts. Excellent

I just had my old garage door mechanism replaced with all new parts and the technician did a great job! He was very knowledgable and efficient and had the whole job done in under two hours!
