Precision has been our garage door service provider since our home purchase over 14 years ago. Service is prompt and the technicians have alway been outstanding. They explain what needs to be done, answer questions, and have never tried to up-sell for additional services even when we expected that more work might be necessary. The charges have been very reasonable. Today's service with Tech Cory continued the type of service we have come to expect from Precision . Our creaky, noisy garage door is now like new! The email confirming today's appointment included a photo of the technician who would be arriving--what a great service to customers! From a morning phone call to a completed service call a few hours later, what peace of mind.

ShaRaad took the time to explain the problem with me and the options for repair of our garage door opener. After explaining our options, we chose to go with a new Liftmaster. We have two garage doors and he was able to program a different brand opener into the controllers. He was here the same day that I called and had everything we needed on the truck... Service was surprisingly quick as our car were trapped in the garage due to a broken torsion spring which prevented to door from opening. The service person inspected the door mechanics pointing out a couple of potential problems that could be delayed if we wanted. No pressure to address them now, but we did giving the garage door a complete service overhaul. Overall, very satisfied.

I came to select Precision through a variety of reasons. I initially noticed a truck on the roadway. I then saw a television commercial and an ad in the Safari coupon book. I was stopped at a traffic light and a Precision truck pulled up next to me. I finally did a Google search and read the reviews. Though I did research another company my final decision was based on the good reviews and the visibility in and around the county.

ON time and capable repair of belt problem. Tech was knowledgeable and capable and working in the heat got the job done quickly as possible. Given age of system had all parts other then motor replaced. This would be a 5 star but I thought the repairs were a little pricy.

My garage door opener was receiving a system safety block signal which prevented the door from closing. David Brooks responded, and quickly determined the problem, and fixed it. I was extremely pleased with both the service, and with the competence and friendly personality that David displayed. He also lubricated the spring and rollers at no extra charge

I have used Precision before in Dec 2017 & was very satisfied .I needed a new belt drive & they came the same day to fix it. The service tec Cory was very efficient like Casy I had in Dec.On a scale of i to 5 (5 being the best ) I would give a 5 .I would recommend Precision to any one who need garage door work
