We had the pavers on our driveway raised to meet the concrete garage pad and the door would not stay closed. Leigh the technician, told me exactly what he was doing and why to correct that issue. The door was not balanced properly so he had to tension the springs. He took the time to show me all the parts to lubricate and even gave me a full can of spray. Very professional organization and people.

I just had my garage door yearly maintenance performed. Great job! The Tec was excellent and informative. He explained the nomenclature of the hurricane door, which I was curious about. I get a lot of comments on the quietness of the doors closing.

I called service when my garage door wouldn't close. First, I want to again thank the person who answered the phone and calmly walked me through the manual override to get it shut. She scheduled and appointment for the next day. The technicians (Leigh & Casey) arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They took care of the problem and also inspected the rest of the door. Leigh made some suggestions to"make it better". I totally agreed! They took care of it right away without having to come back. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable technicians.
