Star Rating: 5 / Neal Trepanier performed an excellent service on the operation of a heavy single (2 car door) reinforced for hurricanes. The chain had become loose and the door would disengage when the carrier hit the motor....this caused a very dangerous situation due to the fact the door would disengage and slam down. Neil listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked out the operation of the door correcting all issues. He also installed an outside remote synched to the door opener which really comes in handy. Overall Neal is an excellent technician that I would recommend in the future. Thank you, Jack Macey

From the time I made a call this morning, got a same day appointment, Rob, the technician called a few minutes before arrival and then he did a GREAT job! He explained what he needed to do, completed the project and explained what we needed to know. I HIGHLY recommend Precision.

Neil was very professional & did a good job. I have two suggestions which might be helpful to you: 1- I suggest just fixing what is broken & substantially reduce the pressure -- including having to sign off on "your liability" etc -- to purchase a complete overhaul of the garage door 2- use a drop cloth; after Neil left we discovered numerous very small drops of dark black grease on the garage floor which we had already tracked into the house & subsequently had to spend some time trying to find & remove them all.

Not only did he call me to let me know he was 10 minutes away , after I had just hung up with the dispatcher , but he was polite, courtesy and explained everything in detail ,,,, Which not being mechanically knowledgeable , made me very comfortable and he was very understanding, the job was done in a matter of no time and he explained the maintenance . CALLED PRECISION ON A SATURDAY MORNING TO REPAIR INOPERABLE GARAGE DOOR. TY THE TECHNICIAN WAS AT MY DOOR AT 11:45 A.M. THE SAME DAY TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. TY WAS KNOWLEGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETED THE REPAIRS IN A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED PRECISION AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. GREAT SERVICE!!!

I went online to find a repairman for our garage door opener and I found Precision reviews and decided to call them within 3 hours a nice young man came to repair. Unfortunate it was unrepairable so we had to get a new one .would recommend them

Precision Garage Door Service is awesome. I have a rental property in Vero Beach and the tenant informed me the garage door wasn't working. I called Precision on a Monday and they scheduled me for the following day. The technician Rob called me in the early afternoon to let me know he was on his way (and early too, bonus) and after a thorough assessment on the door and door opener, Rob suggested multiple options to getting the door back to working condition. I choice the full overhaul of all hardware, springs, rollers, hinges, etc. Everything works like new, they took my CC over the phone and called me to go over all the work they did. Super Customer Service and Professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in there service area.
