Brent did a great job with superb quality! He was on time (in fact he was able to come early), thorough, completed ahead of his estimate, and delivered a quality result. He provided several options, recommended preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs in the future, and provided several price points to choose from. Brent said he likes to treat the job as if he was "working on his own house." That approach definitely showed. I will definitely keep Precision Door and Brent in mind for future work. One suggestion is to have the operators tell customers how much a service call costs when they are scheduling service. I did not have an issue with the price whatsoever. The price was fair and reasonable. I just didn't know if it would be $25 or $100 for a service call. Thanks!

We are very happy with the performance of the technician, Clayton, who was out this morning to repair our door opener. The cable snapped and would not allow the door to be electronically opened. Clayton was not only professional but arrived earlier than our scheduled time frame (yes, he called first to make sure the new time would be okay). He repaired the cable and performed unexpected, but much needed, maintenance on the opener unit. Thank you Precision for your continuing professionalism.

After doing research on the Internet for garage door replacement, we found Pecision Door had great reviews. Clayton met with us on a Saturday, listened to our requests and wrote up our order. We were told the door would be installed within three weeks, and they were right on schedule. It took four hours to install our new door and the technicians/installers were so professional and pleasant. We would recommend Precision Door for any of your garage needs, whether it be minor repairs or a complete replacement door. If it were possible to give them a higher rating than a 5, this is one company that would definitely get a 10.

Great service technician: very courteous, professional and efficient. In just a brief time, he replaced a failing cable that was causing the door to improperly close, performed annual maintenance and replaced a door seal that no longer sealed. The cost was really reasonable. Thank you.

I chose Precision several years ago and I have never been disappointed so I give "the company" 5 stars. My repair today involved replacing the center mount for my door as well as the spring anchor plus re-setting the springs. I was fortunate to have 2 technicians, Clayton and George. I give each of them 5 stars as well for the following reasons: Both men were patient, professional, polite, and friendly with extraordinary customer service skills. They both are excellent liaisons between "the company" and the customer and I feel they should be commended for their job excellence.

A torsion spring on my door had broken. The professional looking, informative website and the lifetime warranty were the reasons your company was contacted. I called at 10 PM, the phone was promptly answered by a helpful person and I set the appointment for the next day. The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. Technician was prompt and called before arriving. The issue was a non-working exterior keypad. The technician finally diagnosed the problem as a dead battery, replaced it with a new one and did not charge for the service call. We are very pleased with the installation of a new door opener just under a year ago and will use your company for all our garage door/opener needs ---- as well as recommend you to all our friends.

Service Rep ,Clayton, arrived the same day, on time as scheduled. Good start ! He was very friendly and professional in all areas. Parts needed to be ordered. I was given an estimate on both time to get them and the cost of the repair. Both seemed fair. I have a double garage with two doors and Clayton suggested I move my boat trailer in position inside of the broken door area so we could use the working door area for the car. Seemed like a good idea to me and HE EVEN HELPED ME MOVE THE TRAILER from one side to the other. Being in the automotive business for 45 years I have a real appreciation for excellent service Precision has always provided it to me.

Precision Door provided a first rate experience and quality installation. Their scheduling was on time from the estimator, to the installation team, and the service technician. The installation team, lead by Barry, was prompt, efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after the installation. A request, the day after installation, for more remotes was satisfied within 15 minutes after calling the office by a service technician. Great job guys!

I chose Precision as this company had an ad in the Hometown News. By mentioning this ad, I was given a 15% discount. So, that was a big help. My garage door needed servicing as it had been a while. Also, the door was responding to the opener sporadically and it seemed to be chosing the worst possible times not to close. The young man, Clayton, was very courteous and professional. My garage door is running beautifully now. While here, he recommended that certain parts be replaced in the near future. This door is old but in good condition. He explained that the springs and other parts need to be replaced. I would equate this to having a cavity filled before you need a root canal. So, this shall be my next project and I shall be calling Precision. Five stars from me.
