Your rep/tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful...I initially called due to a broken spring that had resulted in additional damage to the door that rendered it undesirable and since he showed me that I could replace the door for not much more than the repair would cost and give me a hurricane resistant door I ordered a new one through him...The original door was likely as old as the 55 year old house...I hope he will be the rep to return for the installation..

I was very happy with the service. The service technician knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me a couple of options, and then set to work, replacing the spring and coils and fixing the opener. He had it fixed in a couple of hours and came to the house on time.

The repair was very good..Pricing was more than expected, but the quality of the repair parts was of a higher level than the former firm used. I would definitely recommend them and in the words of the tech..."you probably will never see me again". Being elderly maybe had something to do with it???

Unfortunately for Precision, I seem to have problems with my garage door either on weekends or Holidays. Fortunately for me, I have Precision for my garage door service. During the Memorial Day Holidays, on Sunday, my garage door stopped working. As with every other problem, the Technician arrived with a smile on his face and ready to get to work. "Cory" explained the problem, quickly repaired the problem, and left with a very positive attitude and a smile on his face. These people are awesome and their work and efficiency is second to none. I can only say that with Precision you not only get outstanding service, you actually end up with a smile on your face and feeling better when they leave. They are the best.
