I was fortunate to get ShaRaad Humes to install a new motor, belt etc. ShaRaad is very efficient as well as personable & is an asset to your business. Called them to fix a problem we were having. The call was answered promptly and a repair person was sent out within the hour, Jarred arrived earlier than scheduled (called first). We decided, after learning that we would be needing a new opener, to install new hurricane doors also. Our current doors are original to the house (1991). The new doors will be installed at a later date.

I called because you had serviced the door when it was installed. I understood that you wuld continue to service the door free of charge. The tech told me I was a liar and had never paid for the service. I was very hurt and angry.

My technician was Jeremy. He was the best I've ever had. He checked the problem I had and also put in a new battery on the outside for access to opening my garage door from the outside. He deserves at least 5 stars. Very polite and a pleasure. Also, right on time which means a lot. I will undoubtedly ask for Jeremy the next time.

Garret and Casey called before arrival - and arrived on time. Did sn assessment of my door/malfunction (broken spring, cracked hinge plate, panel roller shafts deteriorating) and provided me with 3 options as to what could be done. Very cordial/friendly and told me the option I selected would take a little over an hour to complete - new Springs (2), new Ball Bearing Rollers (All), new Cables (2 = HD), and new Cable Drums (L-C-R)....and they were right on time!!!

Garret called ahead to tell us exactly when he would get here. He evaluated the situation and advised us what the repair would entail. He got to work realigning tracks and replacing worn screws and in short order the door that was jammed shut was gliding smoothly. Garret thank you for freeing us from inside our garage!

Last night I came home to a mess with my garage door. I called for help around 8pm and Corey showed up about an hour later. After walking me through and showing me what was the issue, he provided quotes, and got to work. Corey was great, very informative and helpful, worked quickly, and fixed the issue! My garage door now works better than before it broke! Corey- you are a life saver, thank you so so so much for all of your help!!!

What more could a customer want? BTW: If you're lucky enough to meet with sales representatives Corey and Curtis, YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS! They are very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about their product and how to best "fit" your new garage door into your home, no matter the age of the structure.
