I was so imressed by his polite, friendly demeanor. I was also impressed by how clean cut and professional he was. Today, I had a different technician come to my house for an annual maintenance. Once again, I received a phone call letting me know when he would arrive, and when he showed up he was also very clean cut and professional and friendly!
