He demonstrated how the garage door did not hold upon lift with the old springs, and then he lifted the door halfway with the new springs installed, and the door remained still and balanced. I felt like he had my best interest at heart and was not trying to sell me things I didn't need. He worked efficiently and professionally. Thank you for sending such a professional installer.
