Clayton did a great job on fixing our keyless entry as well as servicing our garage door. He was not only very polite and courteous, but he was willing to explain everything he was doing and showed me how to update our keyless entry. Great technician.

After my garage door broke, Neil from Precision temporarily repaired the door so I could still safely use it by replacing the broken spring with a loaner spring. On January 23, 2015, I had Precision install a new garage door with keypad entry. I used Precision because of the very high recommendation from my General Contractor Gary from Gary Thompson Homes. The results were exactly as my contractor said they would be. Precision did an excellent job with all aspects of the installation at a good price. After some time, I had difficulty programming the keypad and they sent out Kevin WITHIN AN HOUR of the call to make it work at no charge! Very professional and friendly team at Precision! Clayton was working a job in my neighborhood when I saw his truck. I left a note with my name and phone number. Within 15 minutes, he called me and agreed to come to my home to look at my garage door. He quickly and professionally assessed the problem and explained what options were available. We agreed to a full overhaul...then, as a true business man, he convinced me to overhaul my second door as well! This man is a "business builder"....don't ever let him go!
