The young man who came to my garage were very professional and courteous. I called with the issue and I was told someone will be at my house by 3 PM that afternoon, and sure enough, that was the case. Rob did a great job he explained how the garage door system worked to me. The issue was the door springs not balancing the door weight. Rob replaced the springs the the door worked like new. He was early to the appointment and finished the work quickly. I would use Precision Door again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Neal arrived on time to repair our broken garage door on a Saturday night over the 4th of July weekend. Hated to have to call some one out on a weekend but we are in the process of moving so really NEEDED to have the door fixed. Neal was awesome!! Leigh came out at appointed time. Knew problem with 5 minutes. Needed new belt which he installed with an hour and adjusted. Have used precision door before an installing of opener and will use only them in the future.
