We can not say enough about him and how professional he was and determined to get the job done. We thank him and you have an excellent employee who is a great asset to you company. Neal arrived on time to repair our broken garage door on a Saturday night over the 4th of July weekend. Hated to have to call some one out on a weekend but we are in the process of moving so really NEEDED to have the door fixed. Neal was awesome!! He explained what was wrong and what it would take to repair it. He had our door fixed up in no time! Neal & Precision Door have earned a customer for life! I was completely impressed by your technician Clayton Hall. He rebuilt our garage door in an hour and a half. He worked in not so great conditions, it was pushing 95/98 degrees on the sunny side of the house. All in all I would recommend him to anyone who needs door work done.

My garage door would not close at Greens of Viera East Condoes! I had to leave to Orlando in two hours and secure my Classic Car in my garage. Your technician was on site within one hour and replaced the control board inside the main unit. He was excellent on his job and had my garage door working in twenty minutes. Excellent Job !!!
