Great company with great service! I initially could not get my garage door open after one of the cables broke. Called Precision in the morning and they gave me a scheduled time frame when the tech would arrive same day. Tech called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and had the door fixed in about 30 minutes. Professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use these guys again.

I had my doors two installed by this company. They are the only company that has serviced my doors. While the guys are great and nice and curtious always early or on time and I love the design of my doors I have have a few issues that are not solved and worry me. I have had them come out on numerous occasion but no one can remedy my issues. Its no fault of their own I guess just perplexing to me and frustrating. I really wanted to do 5 stars because they are a good company that stands by their product.

The belt on the opener was going bad. Rob assessed the situation, recommended replacement & other maintenance to extend the life of the motor. He didn’t try to sell me anything not needed. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything worked well when he was done. I would call them again.

I have been doing business with Precision for many years. The service is excellent. When I call for my yearly checkup, which I recommend to everyone to have done, I am scheduled quick. My call to the office as a first time customer was handled with professional courtesy and made me feel comfortable with company. An appointment was immediately set up for a technician to come out and tune up the garage door. He tuned the door up in about 30 min and just as importantly he recommended not going with a more expensive in-depth service as the door did not need it. That made me a customer for life.
