Plus fixed the one item that was broken as explained other things that would need fixing in the future but would fix the one thing that was broken without all the other items. Jeff caesura that afternoon and told me how much it was going to cost depending on the choice of options, along with the expectancy of each option. I chose to replace the entire system. I am very pleased with Precision Garage Doors. I was able to schedule an appointment a few hours after I called. Lonny Miller was my technician. He fully explained the problem with the springs. Lonny also recommended repairing the worn rollers and cables of the 20+ year old unit. He fully explained the breakdown of the repairs. Lonny was also able to complete all of the repairs on the garage door the same day of my appointment. Lonny was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and cared about the quality of his work. I highly recommend this company.

We shopped around for someone to come and fix our garage door spring right before the Independence Holiday. It broke right after we cleaned out the garage, and we wanted it fixed right away. We called Precision because they are 24/7 operation and they got us in within a few hours of the initial call! We got our spring replaced, the wheels and cables, and the chain lubricated. It is like we have a whole new door! Brian even got the dust out before he left! That is some professional service I can appreciate! Thank you!

Extraordinarily pleased with the spring repair and overhaul of the main garage door that Bryan and AJ did! They were punctual, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I think they even went beyond what was required by replacing two light bulbs on the motor box and straightening the sweep at the bottom of the golf cart garage door; I had mentioned that I had lined things up along the bottom to keep the snakes out. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!
