Brent Williams was my Technician two straight evenings. First evening was the repair/replace the belt drive on the garage door opener and the second evening was to replace the lower garage door seal. Brent was very professional and completed the tasks requested. Service I received was expected from a top notch company. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Jeremy (the technician) was courteous, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained everything which helped me to make a better decision on what to replace now and what could wait. He performed his work in a timely manner. I decided to get everything replaced at once on both doors and add two new openers. I am very pleased with it all, especially the price.

I called Precision at 8 a.m. They promised the technician would arrive between 11-1. The tech called just after 11 to let me know he was on the way. Neal was professional and knowledgeable and had a sense of humor! He completed the repair in short order. We were very pleased with the response time and the service.

Very happy with the service provided by Michael. Very personable, knowledgeable and performed the work in good time. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience.
