Clay quickly established what was wrong with my garage door and offered me two levels of estimates 1. fix it to work with a lesser warranty 2. fix it and service the entire door for the springs and tracks to support the weight of the reinforced door and warranty the parts for life for a higher price. Less than two hours later, I had a perfectly working and safe garage door with lifetime warranty parts. I am completely happy!

On a rainy night after work, I pushed the button to close the garage door - it came off the track and mangled!! In a panic I called Precision Door and Corey was in my driveway in 30 minutes!! He temporarily fixed the door to safely keep in closed and scheduled a full repair within 2 days. Precision really does offer same day repair service. I had a problem with my opener, went to the website, opened online chat and a technician was here within 2 hours to fix my problem. The technician (Brent) was knowledgeable, professional and made very sure my problem was resolved. He mentioned that he would have been available to come on Sunday had I contacted Precision. That is most excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision.

My first service call: the door was jamming. I was very impressed by technician Cory Keenan's attention to detail and his careful thoroughness.
