As mentioned to your two technicians, I chose Precision because I had received numerous advertisements in the mail over the past couple of years. Your techs immediately solved my garage door issue and then offered to do a diagnostic check on my door since they were here! I accepted and they not only made a couple of recommendations, but I accepted their advice to change out the 13 rollers and lubricate all fittings. I was impressed by their professionalism, shared knowledge of door mechanics and .... well, their personalities were pleasant and engaging. They concluded by recommending an annual check, so I look forward to receiving a reminder for that service in about a year. Your tops in my book - thank you! I had a garage door opener that was intermittent. They tried replacing the circuit board but didnt help. They installed a new Belt Drive opener which works great and is a lot quieter. The installation was very professional and I am very Pleased.

Two months ago we ordered a very special custom golf cart, which we were very excited about getting. On Monday, Aug 26, our cart was delivered; however, when the delivery person drove it into our garage we discovered that it was much taller than our previous one and could not be driven in without the bottom of the garage door scraping the top of the cart. Imagine our shock and disappointment when this happened. We decided to call Precision because they had done work for us in the past. We were hoping they could find a solution. Not only were they able to schedule someone (Mickey) to come the next morning, he was able to be at our house at 8 am. He immediately recognized a way to resolve the problem and was able to do an overhaul on the door, which solved the problem. He said the incident was probably a blessing in disguise because the door is 14 years old and could cause problems in the future. Mickey was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks so much!

Had purchased the tune-up package last yr with new springs, rollers, cables ,etc. The door was staging a little so your man came and with a couple of turns of the springs, the door is at a nice height when up. I had technician, Mickey, here this morning for general maintenance and an inspection because it had been three years since my last service. He found the door to be out of balance and reset torsion spring assembly. Door works much easier now. Less wear and tear on the garage door opener mechanism. Very pleased. Mickey is a good guy!

I would recommend Precision to everyone that has issues with their garage door, or is looking for a new door! Corey was great showed up on a Sunday morning looked at my garage door to see what was going on. Once he was done he provided 3 different quotes! I was able to pick the option that fit into what was actually needed right away and fit into my current budget. He fixed my door on the spot and about 45 min later I have a QUIET fixed garage door!! So quiet! I have had to open and close it a couple times already, and I actually stand and listen to how freaking quiet it is now!!! Honest, clean, professional, polite and very knowledgeable! 1 of 2 springs broke and i am sure glad Mr Humes did not just replace springs. He did a complete inspection and found a cable about to snap and found several bearings that were bad.
