I would recommend Precision to everyone that has issues with their garage door, or is looking for a new door! Corey was great showed up on a Sunday morning looked at my garage door to see what was going on. Once he was done he provided 3 different quotes! I was able to pick the option that fit into what was actually needed right away and fit into my current budget. He fixed my door on the spot and about 45 min later I have a QUIET fixed garage door!! So quiet! I have had to open and close it a couple times already, and I actually stand and listen to how freaking quiet it is now!!! Honest, clean, professional, polite and very knowledgeable! Rob was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at the garage door and new immediately what was wrong. He was very thorough in explaining what was broken and what my options were. He was able to do all the repairs. When he was done, he leaf blowed all of the old grass / dust that accumulated around the garage door - very nice touch! Rob is a great representative for your company.

My name is Ron Fear on Hailey St in West Melbourne Tech fiund problems and replaced Springs,cables,rollers and was done in approx 1 hour. The last outfit I had 3 years ago took 3 hours. I dont remember the technicians name but he was great. VERY COURTIOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ALSO VERY THOROUGH. Am very pleased with job he did. I think his name was David and he is an excellent technician

Precision employees have been a godsend for us three times now. Today we had Casey and, once again, although costly for the several things we needed to repair our garage door -- it was worth every penny! We have been using them for over 12 years now. We started in 2007, second appointment in 2010 with the same garage door still in place since l998 but they have helped us maintain it and now we are probably good for another 5 to 10 years!

I chose precision because the advertisement says “ free service calls with any repair “ When I called the lady who made the schedule said it was a $39 fee just to come out and asses the garage door. The technician came and assessed what was wrong, the cable was loose and the garage needed to be straightened. The cost was almost $500 . I think it was overpriced and a big rip off . He made excuses that other companies will do this and do that just to make xcuses for his over price job . I paid him the $ 39 and told him I will call other companies and compare . So I did and I another company showed up In one hour and they fixed my garage door and other additional things for less than half of what precision charged me . I kept their card for the future and I will certainly refer people to them . Precision is a big rip off and I will never use them again and I will tell my friends and families not to use precision.

Had a total garage door overhaul and new motor installed. ShaRaad was knowledgeable and did a great job with the service and install. The motor unit was a bit pricey and more than I wanted to spend, but it works very well and the entire job was well-performed. Customer service is very good, and I was placed on the schedule quickly after making my initial contact.

I had technician, Mickey, here this morning for general maintenance and an inspection because it had been three years since my last service. He found the door to be out of balance and reset torsion spring assembly. Door works much easier now. Less wear and tear on the garage door opener mechanism. Very pleased. Mickey is a good guy!
