first of all I want to thank you for your very quick response when I called to have our garage door repaired. It was the 3rd of July and I did not think we would get service on the 4th but we did. Neil Trepanier was our technician. He was exemplary. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He then explained improvements that could be done. We were in favor of having the work done. I just can't say enough about how satisfied with the work from Neil. We had our new door put in by Precision in 2008. We had to call a couple times with minor issues. You took care of them by phone to our satisfaction. I have recommended Precision to 2 of our neighbors because of your attentiveness and the quality work by your technicians. Thank you so much.

After trying to "fix" my twenty-one year old garage door opener I realized it was time for a new one. Within an hour of my call the Precision technician arrived. "Jake" was extremely professional as he explained the various types of openers available and costs. I had already gone on-line and was aware of what was appropriate. Jake completed the job in about an hour. He was polite, professional and very proficient. Highly recommended.
