What GREAT service. What professional personnel! Woke up to a broken door spring and could not raise the garage door. Fortunately one car was outside and didn’t interrupt our mornings plan. We called about 9:00 and were told a technician would be available about 12:00. By 12:15 technician Keith had diagnosed the problem and given us three options for repair. We picked one and the work was completed by 1:30. Keith is an excellent ambassador for your company; prompt, competent, professional, and polite

I purchased a deal for a tuneup and rolled her replacement on Angie’s list for $99. My garage door wasn’t closing all the time with our remote and with the pad. We would have to hold the pad down until the door close completely. I figured the $99 deal would take care of the problem. When The technician came he stated that an annual service was the only thing I needed which was $39 as opposed to the $99 I spent on Angie’s list. Angie’s list provided a refund. I truly appreciate the honesty of the company And technician. This is the third time we have use position and each time we have been more than satisfied

I had an emergency! I had sold my house and was scheduled to go to closing the next day when my garage door broke. I called Precision and they were there at 8 AM, fixed the problem, and allowed me to close on my house by 10 AM. The service was great, the technician was friendly and polite, and the price was reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about their service. They deserve 10 stars!

Learned about your from a friend at work (Harris Corp). Looked up your add in the Yellow Pages. VERY impressed with the efficiency of your "paperless" operations: from the initial phone call making the appointment, the email confirmation of the appointment to being called by service technician 20 minutes prior to his arrival and completing the invoicing on his 4G/LTE linked tablet. Speaking of the service technician: I have a Ph.D. in Engineering and I enjoyed watching someone who REALLY KNEW HIS JOB. Rob Stephenson did an excellent job and answered all the technical questions I had on garage doors and their openers. I have two additional garage doors and openers of the same vintage (2001) as the one that failed. When their time comes to be services, Precision will be getting my call.
