The service from Precision on my garage door opener was excellent. The technician, Brian, called to inform me he was on his way. He was polite and knowledgeable, explained what service he would perform, installed a new battery in the overhead opener lubricated the rollers and checked for any other problems. Bryan did an excellent job. I call because I needed a new Keypad. Bryan inspected the door and showed me that one of the cables would probably fail in the near future. The bottom seal retainer was also failing and I asked if he could do the replacement. He replaced the cables and brackets, the keypad and the bottom seal and lubricated the door. I was impressed with him and the service preformed.

They were nearby and were suggesting a reasonable price for what I needed which was reprogramming a repeater, explaining the purpose of the various remotes I had, replacing a garage door roller, and maintaining the garage door rollers and spring.

You did several garage doors in our neighborhood so I kept seeing your trucks. We got a new door, opener and outside keypad. Perfect install. We needed service recently as my husband tried to make a new code for the keypad and screwed it up so even the door wouldn’t open when pushing the indefensible button. Service tech was excellent and fixed it no problem. We are delighted with ouf choice of your company

What GREAT service. What professional personnel! Woke up to a broken door spring and could not raise the garage door. Fortunately one car was outside and didn’t interrupt our mornings plan. We called about 9:00 and were told a technician would be available about 12:00. By 12:15 technician Keith had diagnosed the problem and given us three options for repair. We picked one and the work was completed by 1:30. Keith is an excellent ambassador for your company; prompt, competent, professional, and polite
