I have utilized Precision in the past for service. Tech Rob arrived on time. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything regarding the problem and the remedies. The result was replacing the 13-year-old opener due to the faulty motherboard and failing safety switch. Bottom line, service was quick and very professional.

I contacted Precision to have the annual maintenance done on my garage door opener that I purchased from them My appointment was for 9 AM on a Saturday. The service technician arrived right at 9 AM and did the maintenance, going over everything and giving me good advice for future use of my garage door. He did everything in a timely manner and was very courteous too. I was very pleased with his service and will definitely continue using this company for all my garage door needs. I ran into Jay the Tech approx. 2 years ago and we spoke for a while, at that time he gave me his card, well here we are speaking once again except this time he is working on my garage door it makes alot of noise. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He replaced the springs (Both) all the rollers, lub the door, replaced the bearings, replaced the cables, I would recommend this company, the work was completed in a short period of time, and area cleaned up before he left. one last thing, Jay thank you for working on our garage door, have a great year.
