From start to finish, we were SO happy with everyone and everything! Bryan came out on a Sunday, put the door back on track, and thoroughly explained our options to repair or replace the door. We ordered a new door which was installed (professionally and beautifully) earlier this week. The few times I called the company, I was met by friendly, courteous people. Your Installer was on time, researched our issue, explained in detail the problem. Gave us a price for new garage door opener (all in price) so we were able to make a decision regarding replacement immediately. Rob came to add a remote to my existing opener. Sadly, it was too antiquated but Rob was equipped with a new one on his truck and in less than 1 1/2 hours I had a new opener, with a remote. Terrific service. Friendly and efficient!
