I was under a time restraint today; had to go to work and the technician that responded was able to get the job done with in the time frame; with a few minutes to spare. He was very thorough with his explanation of what work had to be done and the cost involved. He gave me a few options to choose from and after speaking with him, I believe I chose the right one. I selected your company from an add in "Money Savers" One thing was same day service and my time was limited so I called and Rob & George came that day. Very helpful and explained what they would do. Simple problem and helpful as I learned a lot about a garage door. They were very helpful and friendly. Nice Guys and Good workers.

I dealt with Precision in 2007 and was very pleased. So when I had trouble again , a different issue , I called Precision. The technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a doctor appointment and he assured me that he would be finished in time .I believe his name was Cory. He is a credit to the company. Thanks for the great service.

I do not know all that was done but Neil was a very good worker, and did a good job, at the end as we tried the garage door new light and opener the light would not go on a wire had broken inside the wall I guess so Neil had to string a wire across the garage ceiling and down the door frame to the new switch, this does not look so great and I hope the broken wire will not cause any problem I would hire Neil again.

I chose your company because of your BBB logo advertised in the phone book. Neil was sent to my home. He was on time, very informative, and he has a pleasant personality. I paid for what I call a "tune-up" on my garage door and garage door opener. The door just started getting stuck, and would not perform as it was suppose to. I chose not to replace either one at this time because Neil told me that both were in good condition and, good quality. I did replace the needed hardware on the door, replaced the circuit board on the garage door opener, and purchased a new remote. I am a happy customer because I saved almost half of what I had anticipated spending on this repair. I was told I do not need to be concerned about the door or the opener for a few more years because of the good condition and quality. I will tell my neighbors and friends about your company.

Cory was extremely competent, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful in diagnosing and then corrrecting the problem. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Your technician was great, very courteous and prompt. Took the time to explain what had to be done and how he would take care of us. The work was completed in a timely manner and your tech, Rob, did a wonderful job. He cleaned up after himself as well as instructed my wife on how to use the new system. Rob represents your company very well. I would rate you as a 5 star. Not only did we have a new opener, but new rollers, springs, cables, and bearings. The door woks so much better now. Thank you.

CONGRATULATIONS! You are operating your business the way consumers expect a business to be operated. Too frequently the service falls short of the advertised experience. I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism in making scheduled appointment calls in a timely fashion, being neat and tidy during and after repairs as well as being courteous throughout. Garage door torsion spring broke Sat. morning . Called Precision door later, they sent repair man same day,and door was fixed by 4:00 PM that same day . Work was done exactly as said. Very clean and professional. Would absolutely use them again. Having the right spring for the weight of door is very important. My door now works better and quieter than before .

Our tech, Neil, was professional, personable, courteous, thorough, explained what needed to be done and did every chore with total expertise. I have dealt with another local garage door repair service in the area and I did not like there craftsmanship nor there skills. Neil knows the name of the company. B.J. Ask Neil the name of the company He has permission from me to tell you the Horror Story of what. they did for me. After talking to Neil for 1 Minute i knew that he knows his job inside and out. Courteous, friendly, and explained all of my options. I chose the complete mechanical rebuild. He explained everything to me and how the door operates. I like the Idea of a life time Warranty.
