My technician Casey was professional and courteous. He took time to explain the remote system and showed on time. I might add that our neighborhood experienced some car vandalism and one of our garage door openers was taken early this morning. I called today and Casey was at my door within hours. I have already referred Casey to a family friend.

Because it was Saturday I was worried that no one be working. I think I was transferred to corporate as the phone made 3 switches. The lady answering the phone was one of the most efficient and happy sounding person that I have talked to since I came to Fl. She sent Keith Couch to repair the door and he was knowledgeable and extremely fast. Again, he actually acted like he enjoyed what he was doing even though it was Saturday. Must be great management at Precision! Thanks very much.

Had problems with garage door which kept opening back up as it hit the bottom when closing. Neil T. came out, diagnosed the problem immediately and installed repair part. He also inspected the entire system and recommended appropriate services. He was quite knowledgeable and a gentleman.

We recently had a spring break on our door and had a tech come out to repair the spring, being a woman I did not know that only the spring that was broken needed to be replaced, not both of them, but the installer did not tell me that or give me that option so without knowing I had them fix both springs, seemed very costly so after I spoke to my husband and showed him he replaced both springs I felt a little taken advantage so I wrote a bad review, within a short amount of time the operations manager Kevin called me to rectify the complaint and let me tell you, he went above and beyond to take care of the miscommunication. He personally came out the next day and gave our garage door a complete service and replaced parts that had failed inspection at no charge, spent 2 hours at our home to make us a satisfied customer. Now that's integrity! I am very pleased with the customer service of this company I do not mind paying a higher price for excellent customer service since great costumer service is pretty much dying out! Thank you Kevin for your time and care of your customer. That was awesome!

I called for service shortly after 9:15 a.m. and was promised a service arrival of 11:00 a.m. or sooner. Jeremy called to say he was 10 minutes away and arrived early at 10:15 a.m. He is a courteous and knowledgeable Tech and very helpful in explaining the working operation of the mechanism as well. After working in enormous heat, everything was fully operational in 2 hours! Great Job!

We are very pleased with the installation of our new garage door. The crew was very capable and efficient (and quiet). Our only beef is that there apparently is no way to connect our existing inside button with the new door opener control. A remote can be used from inside but, if one is not available, that could be a safety issue in the event of a prowler. Apart from that, 5 stars!! Would highly recommend them. Thanks for a job very well done!

After searching the web for a new garage door opener as ours was acting up we came across Precision Door Service. I gave them a call to see what the cost would be to install a new one which I found there pricing to be very reasonable. I was also shocked that Precision was able to have a technician at my home within 3 hours. Very impressed. The technician was Cory and he was very knowledgeable, polite and tentative. He took his time to explain the system to us and made sure we understood how it worked before he left. Great unexpected feature WI-FI. This will be a great tool to have so I can check the door online when I forget or think I forgot to close it. Cory is a great tech and I would recommend him as well a Precision Door Service.
