I was more than pleased with your technician,Neal Trepanier. He took time to explain what was wrong with the garage door and how he was going to fix it. I am a senior citizen and Neal treated me with respect and kindness. He cleaned up everything before he left. Star Rating: 5 / Neal Trepanier performed an excellent service on the operation of a heavy single (2 car door) reinforced for hurricanes. The chain had become loose and the door would disengage when the carrier hit the motor....this caused a very dangerous situation due to the fact the door would disengage and slam down. Neil listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked out the operation of the door correcting all issues. He also installed an outside remote synched to the door opener which really comes in handy. Overall Neal is an excellent technician that I would recommend in the future. Thank you, Jack Macey

From the time I made a call this morning, got a same day appointment, Rob, the technician called a few minutes before arrival and then he did a GREAT job! Neil was very professional & did a good job. I have two suggestions which might be helpful to you: 1- I suggest just fixing what is broken & substantially reduce the pressure -- including having to sign off on "your liability" etc -- to purchase a complete overhaul of the garage door 2- use a drop cloth; after Neil left we discovered numerous very small drops of dark black grease on the garage floor which we had already tracked into the house & subsequently had to spend some time trying to find & remove them all.
