Keith was very professional and courteous. He was available earlier than scheduled and called to let me know he could arrive early. The control board on my garage door opener had failed and he gave me options for the repair. He installed a new board, cleaned electrical contacts, verified everything was working properly, and made adjustments on the garage door track that eliminated noise and made it operate smoothly. Everything works better than before! I liked the flexible payment options for cash, check, or credit card and the flexible appointment times. Very satisfied!

Your rep/tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful...I initially called due to a broken spring that had resulted in additional damage to the door that rendered it undesirable and since he showed me that I could replace the door for not much more than the repair would cost and give me a hurricane resistant door I ordered a new one through him...The original door was likely as old as the 55 year old house...I hope he will be the rep to return for the installation..

I was more than pleased with the service given me by Precision. For some reason, my garage door dropped as I was putting it down via the garage door opener. Right off I called the company. Keith came to the house within less than two hours. It couldn't be determined why the door dropped so suddenly but, so far, it is back working as it should be. I was only charged $29 for the very short service call...I was most appreciated of that and the quick response to the issue. Thank you!
