Garret and Casey called before arrival - and arrived on time. Did sn assessment of my door/malfunction (broken spring, cracked hinge plate, panel roller shafts deteriorating) and provided me with 3 options as to what could be done. Very cordial/friendly and told me the option I selected would take a little over an hour to complete - new Springs (2), new Ball Bearing Rollers (All), new Cables (2 = HD), and new Cable Drums (L-C-R)....and they were right on time!!!

Garret called ahead to tell us exactly when he would get here. He evaluated the situation and advised us what the repair would entail. He got to work realigning tracks and replacing worn screws and in short order the door that was jammed shut was gliding smoothly. Garret thank you for freeing us from inside our garage!

Last night I came home to a mess with my garage door. I called for help around 8pm and Corey showed up about an hour later. After walking me through and showing me what was the issue, he provided quotes, and got to work. Corey was great, very informative and helpful, worked quickly, and fixed the issue! My garage door hardware was falling apart and I thought a repair would work. I called Precision because I had done business with them in Orlando and had a great experience with them. Keith showed up, inspected the door and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. In the end I needed a whole door replacement. Keith was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I received excellent service today. My garage door had a problem and I called about noon and explained I really needed it fixed today. One of their service men (Chris, was his name) worked late to meet my neeed. He was courteous, very polite and professional and did the needed job quickly and completely as well as checking over the other components of the door to be sure there was no other problem. Thank you, Chris and thank you Percision for a job promptly and well done. I might add the young lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful.
