We were very happy with the tech neil trepanier. He is one of the few technicians that you know right away takes pride in his job and performance. We had an issue with the door opening when we closed it. Even though he had to return (the door would come within 1 inch of the floor and stop. Not all the time). We would definately recommed you're company and would call you again if service is needed.

I recently had a broken spring on my garage door. Since I have had your technicians out in the past and they did a really good job, I decided to call you again. The technician who came out fixed the spring, and also upgraded the other hardware on the door, offering a lifetime warranty on all the parts. It was expensive, but gives me piece of mind that I have quality parts installed and that you stand by the products you sell with this warranty.

It started to be a broken spring repair which ended up to include a new opener and torsion bar. I felt bad for the technician as everything he was trying (door kept on bouncing back up) wasn't working. BTW- it was labor day. Ended up him being here from 2pm until 9pm. Overall, he was helpful but I think he was frustrated in that everything we were doing, didn't seem to work.

I am extremely pleased with the service and workmanship of the young man who repaired our garage door. He came over on a Sunday morning, had all the hardware he needed right on his truck and finished a big job in just a few hours. He was professional, courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I called about 9:00 AM on a Sunday and had the door fixed by 2:00 PM the same day. The service man completed the job in about an hour. Cleaned up after the job and worked rapidly, replacing springs rollers, cables and pulleys in less than an hour. Very good service.
