Corey explained everything in layman's terms. He pointed out parts on the door that require maintenance. The work was done in a timely fashion and the garage was left clean. All work options were explained to me and the owner.

Brent Williams was my Technician two straight evenings. First evening was the repair/replace the belt drive on the garage door opener and the second evening was to replace the lower garage door seal. Brent was very professional and completed the tasks requested. Service I received was expected from a top notch company. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Professional, courteous and prompt service. Brent was very knowledge, did visual safety check first of door. Fixed issue and made recommendations on two options but new or repair existing door. Provided pros and cons for both and did not pressure into making decision. Thank you.

Jeremy (the technician) was courteous, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained everything which helped me to make a better decision on what to replace now and what could wait. He performed his work in a timely manner. I decided to get everything replaced at once on both doors and add two new openers. I am very pleased with it all, especially the price.

Very happy with the service provided by Michael. Very personable, knowledgeable and performed the work in good time. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing any garage door service!

Brent was the 5th person to come to service our garage door - which could not be programmed because there was no master remote given to us when we bought our home. He was the first one to be able to explain to us what was wrong. We appreciate that. Donald Conway
