Jeremy (the technician) was courteous, polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained everything which helped me to make a better decision on what to replace now and what could wait. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience.
