On a rainy night after work, I pushed the button to close the garage door - it came off the track and mangled!! In a panic I called Precision Door and Corey was in my driveway in 30 minutes!! He temporarily fixed the door to safely keep in closed and scheduled a full repair within 2 days. The ability to service an emergency call quickly, professionally and affordable - That's great service! Thank you Cory, your customer service is outstanding!

Precision really does offer same day repair service. I had a problem with my opener, went to the website, opened online chat and a technician was here within 2 hours to fix my problem. The technician (Brent) was knowledgeable, professional and made very sure my problem was resolved. He mentioned that he would have been available to come on Sunday had I contacted Precision. That is most excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision.

My first service call: the door was jamming. I was very impressed by technician Cory Keenan's attention to detail and his careful thoroughness. The jam was cleared; he balanced the springs; greased the wear spots; tested and retested and now the door works more smoothly than before. He fixed it and made it better - of course I'm pleased! Nathan was the technician who came on a Sunday evening to repair my garage door. He was very thorough explaining all the different options. He was prompt in arriving and cleaned up everything before he left. I asked questions during the repair and he was very patient with this (semi-old) lady out in the garage bugging him. Thank you for being open on the weekends - I do not like to leave my car outside!

I'm so impressed! Our appointment was made quickly and accommodated our schedule perfectly. Our technician, Rob, was courteous and gave a detailed explanation or the systems, what problems he saw and even how he diagnosed those problems. He gave us a conservative estimate and we were happy when the bill was even lower than quoted. He gave us options of service without any pressure or salesmanship. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. I wish all businesses were operated as well as this.

Found the garage door spring broken when I got home from work. Precision's website said their service was available until 11p.m. so I called and got an appointment between 8 and 10. Jake called me and let me know when he expected to arrive and was able to be there at 9. By 930, the door was working and he was pulling away. Great service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door late at night when the door had failed to open remotely and was difficult to open manually. I looked in the web for service and called Precision Garage Doors which was the first Google hit. I setup an appointment for the following morning. They came around 10:30 and in less than 1 hour replaced the spring with the correct one (an incorrect spring had been initially installed) and recommended to replace the rollers in packed bearings as well. My door is now like brand new. Thanks Jake Huntress for an excellent service and demeanor.

We were very happy with our service from Precision Garage Door. There was an accident with the door, we couldn't get the car out, it was raining and we were late to be somewhere. I called PGD and literally w/ in 25 minutes a technician (Ty) was at our house. He worked diligently until the repair was done. Clay quickly established what was wrong with my garage door and offered me two levels of estimates 1. fix it to work with a lesser warranty 2. fix it and service the entire door for the springs and tracks to support the weight of the reinforced door and warranty the parts for life for a higher price. Less than two hours later, I had a perfectly working and safe garage door with lifetime warranty parts. I am completely happy!
