I was very please with Clayton Hall. He did an excellent job. Was very informative and explained every thing. I didn't think I needed so much but since my equipment was from 1999 when my unit was built and the only time anything was fixed was the coil. I'm guessing I got my moneys worth. Having issues with the door not opening, opening 1/2 way, not closing, closing 1/2 way. Having to double punch the door switch to make it work etc. the lights on the motor would come on when they wanted. The car openers would not work unless you were right next to the door! Thought the door was possessed! Keith Couch came out and the first thing he did was tell me the wrong lights were installed and I should change the lightbulbs because the LED/Florescent type interferred with the signals and could be the issue. Changed bulbs and issue went away...Thanks Keith.......
