Called Precision when I got home around 1 p.m. and found the garage door not working. By 2:30, they had arrived and fixed the door. Couldn't be happier with them. This is the second time I've needed them in four years. Both times, they were here within hours.

We had Precision install new doors and openers in two garages at our home. I have to say that they're one of the best organizations that I've dealt with in all aspects of their business. They've responded promptly and professionally to every request we've made and there were absolutely no hidden charges or negative surprises. The quality of their people is evident in every experience from scheduling work to the work their people do on site.

Garage door just stopped midway up. Casey came out and went through his process to determine the issue. It was difficult to pin point but he figured it out and explained to me so I could understand. He could have easily given up and told me I needed a new opener. His perseverance and professionalism saved me time and money. Casey is the Garage Door Whisperer! Lol

I went to thank ROB for being a professorial installer. Everything we asked for he was able to give us. He came to install a garage door open and key pad. and as I spoke to him he made me feel he knew his job well. We were able to get the garage opener and key pad and also explained to us how we could have one key pad for both doors. all the work was done to our standards. No mess left in garage. Thank You Rob for such a good job My rating is a 5 or 10
