I have used this company several times now. When you need service with your garage door opener or garage door, they are extremely quick to arrive at your home. The service center, by far, has great customer service. Being in sales for over 45 years, customer service and customer satisfaction is most important in any business. I would highly recommend this company to all. From the "Person" not a machine, that answers the phone to the sales department or service department that comes to the home, You Cannot Beat It! Thanks to All!

The serviceman was very pleasant and concerned about our problem and then replaced a cable that was beginning to deteriorate so won't have to worry about it and have another service call.

Jeff was awesome! Our regular maintenance helps keep us from repairs and the system installed by Precision continues to work care-free and durable. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful service staff have always been the norm. Even when we needed a spring repair it didn't break the bank. We are all in when it comes to this kind of service. Thank you very much for being a trustworthy business! PS... Being able to use the app to make sure I shut the garage door is sooooo helpful! :)

Spring on main garage door broke yesterday afternoon, called and they had a technician out this morning! ShaRaad was excellent. Took the time to go over everything, all our options, explained his recommendation. A total professional and a pleasure to work with. This is our third time using Precision Door Service and each time we have been 100% satisfied.

Jeff contacted me ahead of time and arrived early. He immediately identified the problem and gave me two well explained options. I elected to do the overhaul spring repair option with a decent warranty. He began work right away and completed the work ahead of his estimate. He is an excellent representative for the company. He was prompt, professional and courteous. A job well done! Thanks.

Thank you for a quick response, they came out the very next day and showed up early even. Very knowledgable about the garage door opener and diagnosed the logic board as being bad. We had just bought this from a local big box hardware store, and upon trying to install it ourselves was not able to get the wifi to link to our phones as well as the safety beams not working and the main bar being too short for our 8-foot door. He was in and done within an hour. Next time I'll let the professionals handle this.

Great service! I was really happy that your staff worked on Saturday because we could not get our cars out of the garage. One spring was broken and the extra weight of the hurricane protection and insulation made it too heavy to raise manually. I was even more delighted that you were able to get Bryan over here later in the day and he did a great job of installing new springs and bearings. He was very polite, friendly and courteous. When I called and heard your description of the steps you are taking to avoid exposure to CID-19 I was comforted and impressed. Later in the evening when I remembered signing off with my finger on his Ipad I thought "I wonder if he disinfected the screen after the previous customer had signed the same screen". I also assume that he disinfected his hands after the earlier job since he handled my credit card. I have no reason to think he didn't take these precautions but thought I should mention this. Thanks again for a job well done! Carl

Outstanding Customer Service delivered by Bryan Hewitson. We typically have our garage doors serviced (preventive maintenance) annually and this technician exceeded all expectations. He explained the spring repair process and patiently answered all our questions specifically when we decided to select the overhaul of moving parts option based on the age of our garage door. Was very polite and not pushy. Definitely did not rush the repair and overhaul. Attention to detail was evident and made sure we were satisfied with the work prior to departure. Will use this company again in the future.
