As a long-term customer (2008), it was an easy decision to contract with Precision for a new garage door. The whole process, from the initial appointment to installation, went hitch-free. The employee who advised me about new door model, also temporarily fixed the problem I had initially. The installers were professional and worked as a well-oiled team. Extraordinarily pleased with the spring repair and overhaul of the main garage door that Bryan and AJ did! They were punctual, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I think they even went beyond what was required by replacing two light bulbs on the motor box and straightening the sweep at the bottom of the golf cart garage door; I had mentioned that I had lined things up along the bottom to keep the snakes out. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Thank you for a quick response, they came out the very next day and showed up early even. Very knowledgable about the garage door opener and diagnosed the logic board as being bad. We had just bought this from a local big box hardware store, and upon trying to install it ourselves was not able to get the wifi to link to our phones as well as the safety beams not working and the main bar being too short for our 8-foot door. He was in and done within an hour. Next time I'll let the professionals handle this.

Great service! I was really happy that your staff worked on Saturday because we could not get our cars out of the garage. One spring was broken and the extra weight of the hurricane protection and insulation made it too heavy to raise manually. I was even more delighted that you were able to get Bryan over here later in the day and he did a great job of installing new springs and bearings. He was very polite,friendly and courteous. When I called and heard your description of the steps you are taking to avoid exposure to CID-19 I was comforted and impressed. Later in the evening when I remembered signing off with my finger on his Ipad I thought "I wonder if he disinfected the screen after the previous customer had signed the same screen". I also assume that he disinfected his hands after the earlier job since he handled my credit card. I have no reason to think he didn't take these precautions but thought I should mention this.
