Explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. Plus fixed the one item that was broken as explained other things that would need fixing in the future but would fix the one thing that was broken without all the other items. Other placed I called wouldn’t just fix the spring that was broken.

I made my appointment and was pleased they could take care of my problem the same day. Jeff caesura that afternoon and told me how much it was going to cost depending on the choice of options, along with the expectancy of each option. I chose to replace the entire system. IT WORKS GREAT and very quiet, different than the previous system which was loud . Thank you for quick solution to my problem.

I am very pleased with Precision Garage Doors. I was able to schedule an appointment a few hours after I called. Lonny Miller was my technician. He fully explained the problem with the springs. Lonny also recommended repairing the worn rollers and cables of the 20+ year old unit. He fully explained the breakdown of the repairs. Lonny was also able to complete all of the repairs on the garage door the same day of my appointment. Lonny was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and cared about the quality of his work. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Precision since purchasing my house back in 2016. I had Mickey come by today for an annual maintenance call. Turned out that I needed to replace a worn garage door opener belt. Mickey wore a mask, he was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. THANKS!

Great response time. Professional, friendly, and respectful service technicians. They gave a quote and there were no surprises. The amount charged was exactly the amount quoted. They worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves. During this time, they maintained social distancing and wore masks. Couldn't be happier with the services received.

Lonnie was professional and timely with his service. He explained the problems he found after inspection, gave me options to just do the minimal requirements to fix door or do more robust repairs that would be more beneficial down the road. Customer service skills very good, he insured that I check door operation before he left and that I was totally satisfied with his work.. thanks Lonnie!!

We shopped around for someone to come and fix our garage door spring right before the Independence Holiday. It broke right after we cleaned out the garage, and we wanted it fixed right away. We called Precision because they are 24/7 operation and they got us in within a few hours of the initial call! We got our spring replaced, the wheels and cables, and the chain lubricated. It is like we have a whole new door! Brian even got the dust out before he left! That is some professional service I can appreciate! Thank you!

As a long-term customer (2008), it was an easy decision to contract with Precision for a new garage door. The whole process, from the initial appointment to installation, went hitch-free. The employee who advised me about new door model, also temporarily fixed the problem I had initially. The installers were professional and worked as a well-oiled team. The employees on the various phone calls were always helpful, never irritated by my requests, polite & friendly. To find out the names of employees who were involved please check my order. Thank you all!

Extraordinarily pleased with the spring repair and overhaul of the main garage door that Bryan and AJ did! They were punctual, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. I think they even went beyond what was required by replacing two light bulbs on the motor box and straightening the sweep at the bottom of the golf cart garage door; I had mentioned that I had lined things up along the bottom to keep the snakes out. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!
