One of my laser eyes was (is) acting up and I could not get a consistent beam with my green light. I was not aware how simple the fix seemed to be until Tim stopped by on a service call and adjusted the camera and all seemed well. Unfortunately, soon after he left the green light went off, and unfortunately I can not seem to get it back on line consistently again. Tim was great, no problem with him. It did appear that the fix was made. However, within a day, I am back to where we started, with no consistent solid beam with the laser eyes. Costly appointment with no long term satisfaction.

We contacted Mr. Smith, the safety eyes were short circuited, we had a technician replace the existing safety eyes at no charge. We apologize for the inconvenience, but with shorted wires, they sometimes work and they sometimes don't. This fix should address all concerns.

We chose Precision out of the Yellow Pages because because you offer 24/7 appointments and a BBB Accreditted Busines. One of the springs on our garage door had broken (installed in 2008)so we had to replace the pair and your technician advised us to change the rollers. Neil was punctual, very informative and a true professional. We rate you a five.
