My 13 year old Wayne Dalton garage door opener finally died over the weekend. It was noisy and temperamental and I was ready to replace it even if it hadn't died completely. When I called and explained my problem I got scheduled very quickly. I wasn't expecting such fast same-day service. The technician actually was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. When he arrived we discussed the unit I had and what I needed to get back to a working garage door. He was ready to begin immediately and I was thrilled to not have to wait to be rescheduled. It was a big task and the technician worked continuously for more than 3 hours. The attention to detail of the entire installation was outstanding. The technician even stayed to help me program the Homelink in both my cars. I really appreciate great service and this was as good as it gets.

It was a pleasure to have Neal as the installer of our belt drive opener. He is friendly, personable, easy going and it was clear he possess expert knowledge of his trade. Before he did anything he inspected our 10 year old door, springs and rollers. As you would expect they were not in the best of shape. It was clear he has an expert level of knowledge as he explained why each component should be replaced. Nothing pisses me off more when someone tries the high pressure sale techniques. I do not take kindly to that kind of bull crap. If you cannot convince me of something without trying to engage my emotions, at als then you get a no sale. Neal did none of that. His explanations were detailed and matter of fact, stating the general lifespans of these components and what to expect. It was his demeanor that is most appreciated. He expertise is oblivious and when he tells you something you should heed what he says.

Very impressive. Our technician's name was Rob. He waved as he drove up and parked purposely on the road so as not to break the driveway pavers. When surveying what needed to be done, Rob pointed out exactly what was damaged and needed replacement. We were very pleased with the service to our garage door. Neil came on time and fixed our problem quickly. This is the second time we have had Neil fix our problems and he took the time to go over everything and explain the problem. He goes above and beyond in customer service.

One week ago our garage door was working just fine. Then, in an instant, it stopped working and since we keep our cars in the garage, we were not able to get out of our house for the next day's appointments and activities. We found Precision through our local MoneySaver magazine and were relieved to find a company that worked on weekends. When the Precision employee, Neal, arrived bright and early the next morning, he was efficient, cheerful, explained everything that had gone wrong and gave us options of how to fix the garage door opener back to working conditions. He presented the various levels of "fixing" and let us make up our own mind on how far we wanted to go for the repair. We needed springs but we also replaced the rollers and cables at Neal's suggestion. We were pleased to hear about the lifetime warranty on parts. Our garage door has never been better! Our house is only seven years old but the repair and replacement that Neal provided makes things better than when the house was brand new. We would highly recommend Precision for anyone with garage door issues. Without a doubt, we give them 5 stars.

Rating = 5 stars Service person was very knowledgeable and professional. Not only arrived on time, but arrived several minutes early. Explained how remotes work and we replaced 2 nine year old remotes which had seen heavy service.

We noticed that the spring on our double garage door was broken. I knew we couldn't manually open the door, since it was a steel reenforced door. We then called Precision and informed them of our problem. Kaitlyn, indicated that they would have a technician at our house between 2-4 that afternoon and his name was Neil. Neil arrived within the time frame indicated and entered with all his tools and spare parts needed to repair the garage door. First, he thoroughly inspected all components of the door and suggested that we also replace the steel cables spool bearings and roller bearings. Since we were previous home owners, we were aware of many of the items he suggested we replace. WE agreed, including the lifetime warranty. Neil, then proceeded to remove the existing components and replace them with premium ones. He wasn't satisfied until they were all in place and the door was properly aligned.He then lubricated all bearings, which reduced garage door noise upon open/close operations. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism. I also indicated that we had a problem during the summer months when the sun fooled the sensor by not allowing the door to close when using a remote operator. He checked with a co-worker and they decided to reverse the placement of the send and receive sensors, which he did. Neil also indicated that if that didn't rectify the situation, to call them and they would come up with a different solution. All in all we are extremely pleased with work Neil Performed. GREAT JOB.

We noticed the spring on our double door was broken and the door wouldn't open. This occurred at night so I had to wait until the next morning to place a call for service. I called and the person said that a technician would be there by 12:00. He was! He was knowledgeable, personable, even setting up two of our folding chairs to watch his installation. I had an appointment but my son was there for the installation. The work was done professionally and because of his knowledge we did a complete service replacing some worn parts. Thanks to Neil for a splendid job well done. Really appreciated!
