I dealt with Precision in 2007 and was very pleased. So when I had trouble again , a different issue , I called Precision. The technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. Your technician was great, very courteous and prompt. Took the time to explain what had to be done and how he would take care of us. The work was completed in a timely manner and your tech, Rob, did a wonderful job. He cleaned up after himself as well as instructed my wife on how to use the new system. Rob represents your company very well. I would rate you as a 5 star. Not only did we have a new opener, but new rollers, springs, cables, and bearings. The door woks so much better now. Thank you.
