Precision Garage Door installed the doors some years ago. The doors had gotten a bit noisy, so I requested a general service. It was very easy to schedule and the service tech arrived right on time, was very thorough, efficient, and very helpful in answering all of my questions.

My personal opinion was that Bryan came across as very aggressive about the work required. There was no wiggle room in his proposal. You need this, you need that, if you don’t do it you get no warranty for anything we do. I have a budget since I am on a fixed income. With inflation my disposable income is limited. I mentioned that to Bryan but his body language and facial expression told me he didn’t care. I got another quote with a lifetime warranty on the motor and chain with new springs for $500 less installed. You probably do excellent work but I got turned off by the sales pitch.

Service tech, Jeff Dineen, was extremely impressive and a pleasure to deal with. All of our options were clearly explained , and Jeff proceeded to perform the service in a very professional manner. I would strongly recommend Precision to anyone needing help with their garage door. Appointment was made promptly, I got updates from their office as to tech arrival time, and even a phone call from the tech telling me he was about 10 minutes away. Turned out to be 9 minutes ! Great experience !

We had used this company before to adjust our garage doors, and we were very satisfied. When the mechanism to operate the door broke, my husband tried to fix it. Finally we called Precision again and the technician Jeff came out the next day. He worked 3 hrs into the night to attempt to repair it, but finally had to replace it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and even called a colleague for help. We will certainly use you as a reference, and my husband says he’ll call sooner next time! Thanks

Don’t call anyone else! Prompt, courteous, thorough service. I had a broken spring - they had my garage door back in action in less than an hour from arrival. A garage door repair is unexpected and inconvenient but this is exactly the kind of experience you want when it happens!

I have used Precision in the past and they were just as great the second time around. My spring broke on my garage door. We always use the garage door (never the front door), so that was a huge inconvenience! I called in the morning of a holiday weekend and our technician (Rob) came that afternoon!
