My garage door quit functioning due to a broken belt. Internet research found replacement belts. Problem was; I could not get a belt sooner than a week for a cost over $70. I called Precision Door and they had my door fixed within 5 hours. For $119, they fixed the door, inspected everything, verifying it was properly balanced, lubricated rollers and bearings and made sure the door opener was fine tuned. Precision Door provided an incredible service for a great price. Anytime I need help with my garage door, or when I want to but a new door, I will be calling Precision Door Services.

I have had to use Precision Door twice for repairs to my older garage door and they have been great both times. They were able to come out the same day I called them, arrived on time, and were able to fix the problem very quickly. Their entire team, from the person who answers the phone to the technician doing the work, is extremely helpful and professional. I have recommended them to friends and will use them again if I ever have any more problems.

Clayton was the technician who responded to my service request for a failed roller. First, he arrived at the scheduled time and quickly performed the necessary repairs. Since I am still within a year of my purchase, there was no charge for the repair. In addition, Clayton provided additional information on door maintenance and explained the storm locking procedure, which I did not know. Thanks, Clayton, for your exceptional service and thanks Precision, for being a top notch company.

Your Technician, Ty, was very professional, and polite. I did not get the name of the gentlemen that was with him. They were both very nice and knowledgeable, about everything. He gave me three estimates, and then I asked him to email them to me. I want to check with my kids on this, because the estimates are expensive. I am the sole person to contact now as Ted Holm, my husband, died in April of this year. So when contacting me, please use my name instead of his. Your company was here in 2012, and they wanted him at that time to do the appropriate work but he was quite sick and reluctant. They suggested to him, at that time what was needed to get the door in PRECISION order. I am happy to give this review. You may change the wording to suit your needs.

Tech was a real pro. He came in, assessed the problem, gave me the cost, and went to work. Although I hope that there is no need for further service I would be happy to see him if necessary. I received the best service. The technicians were here early, installed everything, and even stayed after to wait for all the cars to arrive so they could set up the car garage door opener. The gentlemen were courteous, fun and honest. I would never go anywhere else. Lifetime customer and I highly recommend them to all my neighbors and coworkers. 10 stars in my book!!!

You earned 5 stars on all performance. You rep was very timely, very knowledgeable, very courteous but I was not surprised because I have had your tech provide service before. He inspected and lubrecated all three doors and explained some possible problems to expect and suggested that certain repairs might be less expensive than total motor replacement.

Our neighbor was having some work done on a Saturday by Precision, so we walked over and asked Clayton (the Precision service tech) if he wouldn't mind coming over and looking at our mess of a system. He gladly did, and immediately noted to us some serious concerns he had. We knew there was issues with our system, and he confirmed that. We said we would make an appt. for Precision to come out and fix the problems, but he told us he could do it right then, and that he had everything on his truck. This was 3pm on a Saturday!!! His willingness to fix the problems that late in the day, and the responsibility of having his truck well stocked with everything he needed was very impressive. We didn't shop around, we hired him on the spot. EXCELLENT WORK and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Top notch parts, equipment and installation. Very Happy and would recommend Clayton (and Precision) to anyone!!!
