I have always loved the services I receive from Precision. This last visit was no exception. Corey showed up on time and was extremely professional, thorough and courteous. Although I only reported one issue, I asked Corey if he could look at my other door while he was here. After 3 - 4 hours of non-stop work, both of my 16 year old garage doors operated like they were brand new. I was expecting to pay twice the price and gladly would have. Precision has a wonderful team of professionals and I would never use anyone else.

I was able to schedule the same day and Garret, the Precision tech, was on time, professional, and explained clearly the problems with my garage door, which did not open. The problem with the garage door happened in the morning, I called around lunch time and David showed up around 3:00 pm. He rapidly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done (along with the cost for the repair) and then set about correcting the problems. A little under 2 hours later, the faulty hardware had been replaced, the door was properly balanced and worked to perfection. David did a super job and was a consummate professional in his explanations. I have used Precision Doors in the past and highly recommend them.

Garage door became jammed half open with cars inside on a Saturday afternoon. Precision promised a service call between 6-8 that night and showed up at 6. He got the cars out and scheduled a new door. Great service! Only concern is the 2-3 week wait for the new door. My new car is less than a week old and is stuck outside.

My garage door spring broke at 6 pm Tuesday. I called Precision shortly after and was surprised that they could be there that night. The tech Jay arrived a 1/2 hour early. The springs were replaced quickly and Jay was a very courteous and professional. This is why I have always used Precision for garage door needs.
