Wow! In today’s world, it’s hard to find almost any service company that provides same-day service. Within 4 hours of calling, Rob S. had replaced my torsion springs and gave everything a tuneup. Highly recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs or a new door.

So far not really impressed. I told the guys that came out to measure that I needed it done as soon as possible to reduce my insurance cost. They did not pass that along to the office. Then they got hung up on getting the Notice of Commencement signed, took a week to pick it up. I even emailed it to them. Got the request for a review before the work has started. Meanwhile I had to go ahead and pay the higher premium. No word on time frame of getting the door installed. I suppose I should start watching the news to see if they closed up and skipped town!

Ben arrived on time as promised. I found him to be very professional and he gave me the cost for the job upfront before starting the job. I thought that the price was very fair having had garage door work on my last two homes. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors for spring replacement ie a job I was not up to doing by my self! I am Happy to find a business here in Brevard county that is dependable and does high quality work for a fair price!

So far, I've just had an estimate to replace my garage door with a hurricane-rated one. The technician showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He was able to suggest approaches to deal with some unique aspects of my garage (e.g., a water pipe running above the opening, exactly where some of the hardware needs to go). He also provided several options (insulated/non-insulated; new or existing opener) and provided costs for each option. He was courteous and very professional in demeanor.

Excellent Service and prompt response. We were trapped with both cars in the garage and were rescued. He worked until 11:00 pm to replace springs and cables.

I have been using Precision Door Service for several years. They installed and help maintain my garage door with excellent service. Always given a choice of what service to approve with full disclosure of materials and cost. Service personnel are always knowledgeable and polite. Latest service technician Loni was very good with explaining and showing what was done.

Every facet of the testing and repair of our garage-door opener by technician Bryan Hewitson was conducted with the utmost precision and safety precautions, while also explaining to me what each test revealed and ultimately where the problem lay--i.e., in the wiring from the motor assembly to the self-reversing beam-of-light units on each side of the track. Moreover, Mr. Hewitson was able to arrive two hours earlier than scheduled, which was a relief to our evening responsibilities as "senior citizens." Let me add that the reason I chose Precision Door Service over four other companies is because when I called Precision, a real person answered promptly and arranged our appointment. Every other company utilized a robot system that required the caller to remain on hold and then select a number from an overly complicated menu "spoken" by a robot.

The installation was excellent and it also quieted down the noise of the door opening and closing. Our installer, Travis explained what needed to be done and he had our new springs installed and adjusted in no time. Thanks for the professional installation. You have a return customer for sure.

Start out by saying I rarely right reviews but I was so impressed with this company. I called last week to set up an appointment after another company said they were unable to fix my garage door. My appointment was for 8:00, Jason called 20 minutes to 8:00 to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8:00. He was very professional he looked at the garage door and was able to identify the problem quickly and gave me a very fair estimate. He had all the parts on his truck and was able to fix it the same day. Very satisfied!

Great repair, quick service! Byron explained the options to fix my really old garage door so clearly. I'm almost 86 yrs. and that was his first challenge. We agreed on an option and he finished it in a timely fashion. Such a nice polite young man. It's working well now weeks since his repair. If you need a garage door repaired, call Precision!
