One of the cables rusted and snapped on one of my garage doors. I called Precision around eleven AM expecting to schedule an appointment for later in the week. Instead they had a crew at my house within three hours of the call. The work was completed by two very professional employees. They completed a safety inspection and performed maintenance that will prevent future problems. Precision initialled both garage doors and openers over 12 years ago and this is the first problem I've encountered. Good company. They stand behind their work. Work crews are professionals and courteous. Highly recommend.

We needed a minor repair to our automatic garage door opener and were so pleased that a serviceman called us within the hour and was at our home and fixed the problem. The rate charged was very reasonable and we will continue to do business with Precision Door Service in the future if we ever need help again.
