Provided after hours service at a fair price. Excellent coordination between appt. center and technicians. Technician arrived in advance of appt. time. Lonny Miller, the technician, provided a thorough description of the problem and recommended work to repair the problem. The world was performed in a two hour time. Finally they performed work for me in 2011. The offer excellent service, fair pricing and good warranty follow up. That is why they deserve a 5 Star Rating!

I have utilized Precision in the past for service. Tech Rob arrived on time. Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything regarding the problem and the remedies. The result was replacing the 13-year-old opener due to the faulty motherboard and failing safety switch. Bottom line, service was quick and very professional.

The service technician arrived right at 9 AM and did the maintenance, going over everything and giving me good advice for future use of my garage door. The service technician ( Brian ) was wonderful. He was right on time and reviewed my garage door springs, rollers and the opener. The house was 11 years old and he made suggestions regarding what was needed to make it run "right". He gave me a lot of options regarding what should be done now and what could wait.
