We had a power failure several days ago and when I tried to manually lift the garage door, I had a terrible time. It was very heavy and when I finally got it all the way open, it would not stay open. Your Technician asked me to explain the problem and then said he would fix it, which he did within 30 minutes. He then showed me that it worked the way it was meant to and I'm happy. Thanks!

I have dealt with another local garage door repair service in the area and I did not like there craftsmanship nor there skills. Neil knows the name of the company. B.J. Ask Neil the name of the company He has permission from me to tell you the Horror Story of what. they did for me. After talking to Neil for 1 Minute i knew that he knows his job inside and out. Courteous, friendly, and explained all of my options. I chose the complete mechanical rebuild. He explained everything to me and how the door operates. I like the Idea of a life time Warranty.
