Our wall station screen got wet when I decided to wash down the garage walls. I contacted Precision and found that was a bad idea. They immediately scheduled a technician Jeff Dineen. He showed up on time, and it was a short notice service call, and was wonderful. I decided to go ahead with the annual maintenance while he was onsite! Thank you Jeff and Precision Garage Doors! You guys are the best!

I called Wednesday about an issue with my garage door. They scheduled an appointment for 8-10am in Friday. I received a call 20 minutes before 8. The service tech diagnosed the issues quickly, gave me a fair estimate and proceeded immediately. He was done in about 90 minutes. The garage door works like new now. This service came with 5 year parts 1 year labor warranties. Couldn’t ask for a better result

My garage door opener failed for a second time this year, and in a different way. This problem clearly was in the motor box and the cost and time of repair was unknown, and who knows how long until the next failure. So, I needed to replace it. I said that I wanted one with Internet access and he said the he could install either a 1/2 HP unit or a 3/4 HP unit. I selected the 3/4 HP unit. He said that the 3/4 HP unit did not have the external key pad, which was fine for me, as I did not want one. I was surprised when he said that he had it with him and it would be installed within an hour. I was surprised when he told me that it only came with one remote, and he provided a second remote (that I was charged for) that did not even look like the first remote that he said came with the opener. He showed me that the remotes and the wall control worked and then left. I then had to connect the door opener to the Internet and that is when I began to wonder what I purchased. The instruction manual was woefully inadequate, so I went to the manufacturer's web site. The model that I purchased, could not be found on the manufactures web site, and all similar models came with exterior keypad and 2 remotes that looked like the second one he gave me. Assuming that the opener installed was a new unit, it seems that it was one that may have been robbed of parts (external keypad and 2nd remote), and had been carried in the truck for quite awhile, waiting for someone like me to buy it.

Bryan from Precision called early to see if I could meet him earlier to fix my broken door spring, but I was not able to. He said, no problem and met me right on time. He was able to replace the spring quickly and for a reasonable price and was able to explain my best options for replacing my 20 year old opener and garage door. I would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with shane who arrived early, was courteous and professional as well as excellent to explain in detail the condition of the doors parts. He obviously was excellent in his work and explained everything verry well. I was glad to have him replace all badly worn parts. Installed in March. Problem with programming a remote which the tech resolved and really wasn’t an issue. The tech, Bryan Hewitson did the install and resolved this issue. Just a SUPER individual and a great representative of Precision. Super company- the best I’ve dealt with in my 33 years in Brevard. You won’t be sorry using their service.

Wow you guys rock. I called after a door spring broke on a Saturday. I thought no way it fixed until Monday. Outstanding service!! My garage door could not be opened by the door opener or manually. The springs had snapped making it impossible to open the door. I called Precision at 8am and they had a technician at my house before 10am to replace my double garage door springs. Shane A. was super professional and explained everything that he would do to get my door back to normal. After he explained all the options I opted to have an overhaul of springs, bearings, drums, cables and rollers replaced. He replaced all of those components in less than 2 hours and my. Garage door operates like new! Highly recommend this company if you have any garage door issues. Thanks!

Our only car was stuck in the garage due to a broken spring. This was at 6:30 in the evening. I Called Precision and they scheduled for a service call that night between 8 and 10. Service man came about 8:30. I was very glad to see him if only he could open the door for us. But he reassured me saying he could fix the door that night. He had it repaired in about an hour and a half with two new springs and other stuff. Fantastic service!! Thanks so much!!

I had already pulled an ad for a tune up for a later date, but when I noticed a loose hinge called and made the appointment. Same day, which was awesome. Technician was early, checked out the door and mechanisms (original 1996) and made the repairs. He was very professional quick, and cleaned up afterwards. 3 year warranty that, based on service, don't think I'll use. If something new comes up, I'll definitely choose this company again
