With the technician arriving on time he (Billy) was very courteous and friendly. Although noting was wrong with my garage door, this call was for preventive maintenance. I had the door springs replaced with the overhead door torque bar. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional in his work. He completed the job and checked everything out in a very quick time. All has worked well, if not better, since the work has been done. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.
