Wow. The service was prompt, the price was fair, and Rob (the installer) could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond, cleaning up after himself such that our garage was cleaner than before. I highly recommend this company and Rob.

Technician responded next day as requested and on time. He was nice and fun to talk with. Explained all the aspects of what he was doing gave me pricing points and options. In the pleasant surprise that it was much less than I thought it would be. The door has never worked as good or as quiet and is 10 times better than when it was new.

Precision Garage Door installed my garage door a little over 8 years ago, and whenever I have needed service (very rarely) they have responded quickly and professionally. The technician, Shane called on his was over, was on time, was thorough, explained my choices for service with full details, and was able to complete the work within an hour. He showed me what he did and left the garage without leaving a mess. I definitely recommend this business

Jeff proved to be a very knowledgeable technician. He assessed the issues that I was experiencing with my garage door opener light not operating properly. Once this issue was completed, he inspected the doors and corrected the issues he discovered with wiring and stabilized the small door to keep it from shifting when it opened and closed.

Braden, our service tech, did an excellent job. Diagnose the problem with the garage door not being able to open. Explain to me what the problem was and what he was going to do to solve the issue. After the work was completed, he told me how the door should be maintained to keep it working. He was very professional. Also, I should mention, he was right on time.

Precision fixed my daughter's garage door issue and I was very impressed with the technician's (Shane) expertise and efficiency. I had an issue with my garage door opener not working so I decided to try Precision again. They were quick to get me on their schedule. I was not disappointed. My technician (Bryan) called to let me know he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was alright with me. It was, so Bryan arrived at the agreed to time and had my issue fixed within the first 10 minutes of his arrival. Additionally, Bryan inspected my system and made several suggestions that might enhance its operation. These were things that I could do. He also pointed out areas to keep an eye on that might cause future issues. No hard sell at all, but good information to know. I will be calling Precision again if I experience issues in the future.

Your tech Shane was very pleasant, polite and professional. Our garage door problem may be intermittent. He made some adjustments and new wire connections. We'll remain hopeful that will provide a remedy. We have been a customer of yours since 2006.

I am very pleased with the work performed. The technician called to let me know when to expect him. He evaluated the system and suggested some minor maintenance needed. He then preformed the adjustments I had called for and reprogrammed the system. He told me price before he did any work. I will continue to use Precision for all garage door needs and recommend them to my neighbors.

We are very happy with the work that Derek Martens completed for us. He arrived right at the time indicated, gave an itemized estimate for the repairs needed, and said he had everything necessary for the repair with him. He went to work, and it was obvious that he was very experienced with the tasks at hand. My boss, and another man I worked with have used your services, and it was their recommendations that led me to choose your company. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. Please feel free to use use our remarks as you wish. The only thing I would like, is, if possible, email me a receipt for the work performed. Thank you, Marty Miller martyredmiller@gmail.com

We were heading out of the house yesterday morning when the garage door malfunctioned. I made a call to the Precision Garage Door company & requested same day service. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work. He found the problem immediately, rectified it and did a complete maintenance on the door all for under $100. He was so friendly and informative and best of all the garage door works fine. Kudos to this company that we have used before and a big thank you to Rob for a job well done. We will continue to use them in the future. Gloria Marrone for Robert Morris
