Precision fixed my daughter's garage door issue and I was very impressed with the technician's (Shane) expertise and efficiency. I had an issue with my garage door opener not working so I decided to try Precision again. They were quick to get me on their schedule. I was not disappointed. My technician (Bryan) called to let me know he could arrive earlier than scheduled if that was alright with me. It was, so Bryan arrived at the agreed to time and had my issue fixed within the first 10 minutes of his arrival. Additionally, Bryan inspected my system and made several suggestions that might enhance its operation. These were things that I could do. He also pointed out areas to keep an eye on that might cause future issues. No hard sell at all, but good information to know. I will be calling Precision again if I experience issues in the future.

Precision replaced the garage door 3 years ago with hurricane door. We were very satisfied with the service and product. We were heading out of the house yesterday morning when the garage door malfunctioned. I made a call to the Precision Garage Door company & requested same day service. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work. He found the problem immediately, rectified it and did a complete maintenance on the door all for under $100. He was so friendly and informative and best of all the garage door works fine. Current garage door was purchased from Precision in 2017, just wanted a tune up. Appointment was scheduled between 8-10 AM. Jeffrey arrived around 0930 to make assessments for necessary tasks.
