Shane was my engineer. He phoned up in advance to say he would be early. Very polite and friendly and more importantly he knew what he was doing. He explained all my options and made sure I understood the cost, and, on completion, the operation of the equipment. I could tell from my initial call to the office that this would be a very professional visit. Very pleased.

This is how a service company should operate. Rob called 20 mins b4 scheduled appointment to cfm he was on time. He was. Broken spring was the reason for calling Precision - used them 3 tmes b4. Door opener crapped out while he was testing - installed the broken spring (warranty) and a new opener. He cleaned up, said it was all part of the service. This is a great company to deal with that obviously takes pride in the service they deliver. Won't go anywhere else.

My door was closing too hard and banging the concrete floor. The repair person adjusted opener and did something to the device that releases the door from the opener. This helped but door is still noisier than normal. The tech felt it was the best he could do. Your company rebuilt our door about 6 yrs. ago. They also replaced broken spring. The tech and trainee were doing the best they could with a 16 yr. old door. I paid &84.00 for this minor adjustment. I think that is a little high for the work performed. Both the techs were very polite and helpful. I will continue to use your co. in the future.

Rob Stephenson was our tech. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained my options before getting started on the job. When the job was finished, he tested everything to my satisfaction. The job consisted of new garage door opener and new torsion springs. I was extremely happy with Precision from setting up the appointment until job completion. They have a customer for life with me.

Technician Bryan Hewitson provided another outstanding service during the annual preventive maintenance. For the past three years Bryan arrives to our home with a smile and greets us like family. Our garage door had issues. The 2 car garage door was too heavy for us to even get out of the house. We were prisoners of our own home so I called Precision in the AM and was able to get an appt the same day. Associate Mickey was professional, polite, and an extremely trained technician. So glad I called Precision. The initial call was handled efficiently and she was very courteous. Bryan called when he was enroute and kept me informed of his arrival time. Bryan was vey knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Mickey also showed up with Bryan, and was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly too.
