Technician was able to come that day. Even better, earlier than scheduled. Ty was knowledgeable, patient (going over the door pad in the garage and remotes in the cars several times) and a pleasure to deal with.

This is not the first time I've had Precision. They come when they say. They are professional. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. They are honest with information. This is the 3rd time I have had them. There is always room for improvement, but they deserve my rating of a 5 so far. They now have my Trust.

Five stars... Jake did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I had recently lubricated the rollers but had not noticed the cables were fraying.

CLAYTON AND GEORGE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE ORIENTED WHEN THEY SERVICED OUR GARAGE DOOR TODAY. IT WAS A GENERAL SERVICE CALL, AND WE REPLACED THE OLD ROLLERS AND INSTALLED AN EXTERIOR KEYPAD. ALL WENT WELL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. YEARS AGO WE HAD PRECISION INSTALL HURRICANE BRACES ACROSS OUR GARAGE DOOR, AGAIN VERY PROFESSIONAL !!!!

Including their first service when our garage door spring broke, they provided the MOST EXCEPTIONAL a service. Both service dates were on a Sunday. They came timely, we're professional, and guaranteed their work! True to their word, they came and fixed our door for guarantee work with the same professionalism, integrity, and customer service.

Precision ran a special service ad for maintenance on Angie's List. The timing was perfect as I had just mentioned the squeaking noise on our garage door to my husband. They came out and took care of the problem right away. No more squeaks. Very courteous; professional and timely.

The service was excellent! Jake explained exactly what he was going to do. I certainly give your firm 5 ***** and will recommend you to my friends. Oh my gosh, the opening and closing is so quiet my cat doesn't hear me coming home. She is usually at the door to be fed.

I called Precision because they did great work on my mom's garage door. I called Sunday afternoon because my door kept opening and closing by itself. Much to my surprise, I was told they would come that day without charging extra, and they would come within a couple of hours. Kevin showed up as promised and took care of the problem. He replaced the parts necessary, but not before giving me an explanation and price. He was friendly, respectful, and professional. When I need work done again, I will be sure to request Kevin. He'so awesome.

I had essentially taken the door out of service for 4 years by building an interior wall in front of it after removing the torsion spring. Robert S came out and assessed all the parts I saved, and put the door back into operation on the same day. The door works as quiet as when it was first installed. Precision did a great job installing it years ago the first time so I didn't consider anyone else for this task. Precision didn't let me down.

I was very pleasantly surprised that a repair person could be sent to my house within a couple of hours on a Saturday to fix the broken spring on my auto garage door. I called Precision because they did the original installation and I was very pleased with the job they did at that time for a fair and reasonable price. Very professional!! Jake was outstanding in his quick assessment of the problem. He also checked the records and determined that we were still under warranty, saving us money. As seniors on a fixed income, that is always wonderful! He effected the repairs quickly and efficiently and was on his way. All from initial call to completed repairs in less than three hours. WOW!! 5 STARS plus!!!
